How we specify the right film for your line

The right structure depends on the product, shelf life and packing process. The initial technical review balances protection, machinability, yield and end-of-life requirements.

Product, barrier and sealing

We gather information on the food, atmosphere, storage, temperature and expected shelf life. Sealing parameters, bottom web and line characteristics complete the structure specification.

Samples and line trials

Where appropriate, we provide samples or trial reels to check running, sealing, opening and print quality. Test results allow the specification to be refined before supply.

Technical data and compliance

The agreed solution is recorded in its product specification. For food applications, we define the technical and compliance documents relevant to the materials, use and destination market.

Reel format and supply planning

Diameter, core, web width, winding direction and print position must match the equipment. Consumption, batch sizes and delivery frequency guide production and stock planning.
